At Playhouse Academy, we believe joy is at the heart of learning. Our curriculum for children ages 12 months to 5 years combines academic and life skills, with a new theme each month to keep learning exciting. We are dedicated to fostering a love of learning and preparing children for a bright future.

Our center welcomes children from diverse cultural backgrounds. We carefully design activities, interactions, and special events, with input from parents and other resources, to ensure that cultural elements are presented respectfully and appropriately.

  • In our Toddler classroom, we provide a safe and nurturing space where little ones can explore, grow, and develop independence. Through engaging activities and hands-on experiences, toddlers are inspired to express their curiosity, strengthen social skills, and enjoy cooperative play. Our dedicated teachers offer loving guidance as children navigate this exciting stage of discovery.

Our curriculum is thoughtfully tailored to meet the unique needs and interests of each child, ensuring every interaction and activity is developmentally appropriate.

We emphasize motor skill development through activities like walking, climbing, and dancing, supported by a classroom equipped with puzzles, blocks, age-appropriate climbers, musical toys, and more to enhance hand-eye coordination. Cognitive growth is fostered through sensory play, while vocabulary expands naturally through storytelling, singing, and meaningful conversations.

With a staff-to-child ratio of at least one adult for every six children, we ensure personalized attention and care, whether in the classroom or during outdoor adventures.

  • In our Two-Year-Old classroom, we cultivate an environment filled with creativity and discovery. At this age, children are naturally curious and eager to explore their surroundings while learning to express their thoughts. As they begin to assert their independence and engage in group play, our program is designed to keep little hands active and young minds inspired with engaging activities tailored for the "Terrific Twos."

Our daily routine balances small and large group experiences with plenty of outdoor play. Children enjoy songs and stories, practice counting, and explore shapes and colors. They are introduced to creative activities like dancing and painting, encouraging both artistic expression and hands-on learning.

Our thoughtfully crafted curriculum sparks curiosity while supporting each child’s unique interests. It focuses on physical activity, language development, socialization, communication, and self-sufficiency, with an emphasis on exploration and discovery.

With a staff-to-child ratio of at least one adult for every 11 children, we ensure personalized attention and care, both in the classroom and during outdoor playtime.

  • In our Three-Year-Old classroom, we inspire a love for learning through engaging activities that encourage critical thinking and creativity.

Our preschool program is thoughtfully designed for children eager to explore their expanding interests and express their thoughts. We offer a variety of hands-on projects and activities that empower children to make choices, embrace challenges, and celebrate their successes.

Children participate in diverse learning experiences that nurture social, emotional, cognitive, physical, literacy, artistic, and imaginative development. Our focused lessons introduce foundational concepts in numbers and letters, fostering a love for reading and early learning. Essential social skills—like listening, sharing, taking turns, and cooperating—are woven into daily interactions to support peer relationships and teamwork.

We keep families involved with regular updates on educational goals and weekly progress, along with occasional at-home activities to reinforce learning. At Playhouse Academy, we believe strong family partnerships create the most supportive environment for our children’s growth. Our dedicated teachers encourage independence and self-expression while guiding children through meaningful, hands-on experiences that build a strong foundation for future success.

With a staff-to-child ratio of at least one adult for every fifteen children, we ensure personalized care and attention during both classroom and outdoor activities.

  • Our Four's VPK (Voluntary Prekindergarten) program is designed to ensure a smooth and successful transition to kindergarten. This program emphasizes the development of key skills in pre-reading, math, language, and social growth through engaging, hands-on activities.
